"Insert SIM" message arrives after installation of the Simcard

It is forbidden to use USSD dialing in the network of the operator (USSD dialing is forbidden in the UAE and some other countries). Try to use another operator's network or dial the number of the subscriber using SMS messages**.
The incoming calls are of bad quality (one way audibility, noises, echo), or it is impossible to call to the simcard, while the outgoing calls are of normal quality
